Man found asleep, drunk in car at beer store
CHATHAM, Ont. — A 50-year-old Wallaceburg, Ont., man faces an impaired charge after police found him unconscious in his car in a beer store parking lot Saturday night.Police in this southern Ontario city had received a call from a concerned citizen.The caller knocked on the window several times, but the man was unresponsive, police said.An officer arrived and was able to eventually rouse the man, who exhibited signs of impairment, police said.
The man was transported to police headquarters for breath testing. The results indicated his blood-alcohol concentration was about 2 ½ times the legal limit, police said.

A Florida man has been charged after a caller used vulgar language to tell a 911 operator he had overdosed on Viagra. The call was made shortly after on Jan. 16 from a home in Oakland Park , a suburb of Fort Lauderdale . A man told the 911 operator he needed medical attention because he had taken too many Viagra pills, which are used to help men with erectile dysfunction. The man “used vulgar language and described in explicit detail to the dispatcher the effect the pills were having on him. He even explained how his wife was performing oral sex on him to help alleviate the pain,” police said in a release Friday.

An Australian teen who had to shut down an event page on Facebook after more than 200,000 people RSVPed for her sweet 16 party now has more than 70,000 people who have signed up to attend her new party.The girl called police Monday to say her Facebook account had been hijacked after thousands said they’d attend her birthday party in Chatswood in New South Wales on March 26, the Daily Telegraph reported.She had invited everyone in her grade at school and had left the party open for anyone to RSVP.
The girl’s father told the newspaper it was a “complete hoax” and his daughter just didn’t know how to make the party private.A 17-year-old was arrested, the Telegraph reported.But it appears the girl, Jess Cooper, has set up another event.“Hey guys, this is my new party. Please don’t let this get out of hand and start inviting your mates again,” the event posting says. “Since the last invite went crazy, just text me if you’re gonna (sic) invite other people.”This time, more than 67,000 people have signed up to attend, and the number keeps growing.

The 1,704-metre-long stretch took 25 minutes to make and was showed off during a noodle-making activity at a square in the county of Dali Bai , in Southwest China 's Yunnan province.
A total of 15 kilograms of flour and 2.5 kilograms of oil were used in the creation of the noodle.The production took place under the supervision of a chef, surnamed Su, and thousands of participants dressed in traditional outfits, got their hands dirty to beat the record.
