Costly-Woman paid $26,600 over Sperm in water

A judge ordered a California man -- convicted for ejaculating into a co-worker's water bottles -- to pay more than $27,000 to his victim. Superior Court Judge Walter Schwarm said Monday Michael Kevin Lallana, of Fullerton, Calif., must pay restitution for therapy and loss of wages, reports the Orange County Register. Lallana was sentenced to 180 days behind bars after he was convicted of twice putting semen in his co-worker's water bottle without her knowledge at a Newport Beach, Calif., financial company last year. The victim sent the water bottle in for testing because it tasted strange, and the water was found to contain semen. The jury found Lallana, 32, committed the acts for sexual gratification. 

 

How-Man Accidentally shoots himself in the Penis

An Arizona man is recovering in hospital after he accidentally shot his penis with his fiancee's gun.Joshua Seto, 27, was trying to secure the pink handgun in his waistband when the gun fired and sent a bullet through his penis and into his left thigh on Aug. 2.

"He is still conscious, there is just a lot of blood," fiancee Cara Christopher told a 911 operator from Chandler, Ariz., reports the Arizona Republic.It's not known how severe the wound is.

Why-Italian town mayor bans 'smelly kebabs'

THE mayor of a northern Italian town announced a ban on shops selling kebabs and sandwiches from Saturday, saying he objected to their smell and complained they were not part of Italian tradition. Massimo Botocci, a member of the populist Northern League and the mayor of Cittadella, near Padua, said such shops were banned from the centre of the medieval walled city. This kind of food production was "not suited to our historic centre (because of) the way in which the foods are eaten, the smell they give off...", said Mr Botocci, citing health and sanitation regulations. "If someone wants to eat a kebab, he can do it at home or outside of the historic centre," he said. "They aren't part of our tradition."

Good-Orange gunk found near remote Alaska village identified

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Scientists have identified an orange-colored gunk that appeared along the shore of a remote Alaska village as millions of microscopic eggs filled with fatty droplets. But the mystery is not quite solved. Officials with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said Monday they don't know for sure what species the eggs are, although they believe they are some kind of crustacean eggs or embryos. They also don't know if the eggs are toxic, and that worries many of the 374 residents of Kivalina, an Inupiat Eskimo community located at the tip of an 8-mile barrier reef on Alaska's northwest coast.

There's been at least one report of dead minnows found in the lagoon of the village the night the eggs appeared last week. Residents also are worried about the community's dwindling reserves in village water tanks even though the orange mass has dissipated from the lagoon and Wulik River, city administrator Janet Mitchell said. "It seems to be all gone," she said. "But if they're microscopic eggs, who's to say they're not still in the river?"

Unique-Man dresses as Carrot along with 49 friends to propose to girlfriend

Kooky character Pang Kun dressed up as his favourite vegetable and was joined by another 49 bright orange carrots wearing sunglasses to pop the question to his partner Zhao Xinyu. After meeting Zhao at the local shopping complex in Qingdao, Pang excused himself to the bathroom and quickly changed into his suit. When he returned his was joined by pals and they all started bopping away to music - much to the amazement of Pang's girlfriend.When they finally stopped for a breather, a hush descended over the crowd and a recording of Pang's voice was played over the loudspeaker.
