Contestents-for-win-wife
As we reported recently, radio station The Rock FM gave listeners the chance to win a 12-night holiday in the Ukraine with spending money – and a wife from a bride agency. The competition closed on February 28 and earlier this week a group of women from campaign group Femen – which opposes sex tours in Ukraine – stripped off to express their outrage.Their logic, to some, might seem suspect, since if there's one thing likely to boost the sex-tourism industry in Ukraine - it's snaps of topless ladies, in Ukraine. Braving bitterly cold weather, the nine women stood outside Kiev 's central marriage registration facility waving banners that read ‘Ukraine is not a brothel’ and ‘bride for wildman’.
Defending the station, The Rock FM program director, Brad King, told the New Zealand Press Association the competition was ‘a bit of a laugh’.The action by Femen is the latest in a spate of protests that involved baring the flesh.
Strange-Sex book with blank pages storms up charts
Outselling the likes of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by JK Rowling and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, 'Professor' Sheridan Simove's publication moved 134,256 places up Amazon's bestseller list to reach number 744.
The book claims to reveal the mysterious workings of the male mind, providing a probing insight into what, other than sex, occupies their thoughts, and recently featured on the ITV1 show Lorraine , with Lorraine Kelly.
However, each of the 200 pages are completely blank. It seems the £4.69 journal has become a craze on campuses up and down the country, with students using the blank pages to take notes in lectures.
The book's 'author' said of the sales: 'When the book was published I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would outsell Harry Potter.'But Britain 's students seem to think my book is magic and who am I to argue?'Prof Simove went on to reveal that the subject matter tackled in the book was thoroughly researched.'After many years of hard work I finally realised that men think of absolutely nothing apart from sex,' he added.

She has an uncommon autoimmune disorder known as heat/cold urticaria, which means her body has difficulty dealing with high and low temperatures. When she’s exposed to the winter’s chill for too long her skin develops a painful swelling and redness, sometimes accompanied by hives or welts, reducing her to tears. It’s not exactly a common or well-known condition, and when Jade tells others about her allergy, the reaction is usually the same.
