THE AFL has asked the Ten Network to explain why it aired footage of a Cats supporter's banner inviting a star player to have sex with his wife.
The sign read: "Paul Chapman I'll let you shag my wife." It was shown briefly towards the end of the weekend match between the Cats and the Suns at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast. Ten said the broadcast was unintentional and assured the AFL it would not happen again. Campaigners against domestic violence commended the league's response but demanded more from Geelong . "I'm not prudish and I think people should be able to express themselves but that's just not on," White Ribbon ambassador Warwick Leeson said."It's a complete putdown; it reduces women to being something a man owns."
Mr Leeson has written to the Cats, but has yet to receive a response.
Funny-Fox News mistakes Fey for Palin
Tina Fey's comedic impression of former U.S. governor Sarah Palin must be good.
So bang-on that Fox News mistakenly aired a photo of Fey impersonating Palin in a Saturday Night Live sketch during a segment on Sunday, instead of an image of the politician.

Bad-Man cited after paying bill with 2,500 pennies
VERNAL, Utah — A Utah man has been cited on a charge of disorderly conduct after paying for a disputed medical bill with 2,500 pennies. The Deseret News of Salt Lake City reports Jason West went to Basin Clinic in Vernal on May 27 prepared to dispute an outstanding $25 bill. Assistant Vernal Police Chief Keith Campbell says that after asking staff members whether they accepted cash, West dumped 2,500 pennies on the counter and demanded that staff count them. Campbell says the incident upset staff because pennies were strewn about the counter and floor, and West's action served "no legitimate purpose."
