Why-Man Busted For Lewd Solo Performance outside Jail

The Michigan man, 47, is facing an indecency rap after he was spotted early today masturbating inside a Cadillac parked across from the jail where his incarcerated girlfriend and other female inmates watched the solo show. According to cops, Doxey was spotted outside the Muskegon County lockup around . Wearing only a blue jumpsuit, he was pleasuring himself while illuminated by one of the vehicle’s interior lights. He did this, police allege, so that his girlfriend and the other women could better see the autoerotic activity. When confronted by officers, Doxey denied pleasuring him. However, this assertion was contradicted by items cops found in Doxey’s ride (use your imagination).Doxey, whose car had been seen on prior nights parked outside the jail, was booked into the lockup on a felony indecent exposure charge.According to jail records, his girlfriend is serving a sentence for retail theft. She is scheduled for release in September 2012. Until the police intervened, Doxey was scheduled for release early this morning. Doxey was arraigned late this afternoon in District Court, and freed after posting a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.Last April, a 19-year-old Ohio woman was arrested for exposing her breasts outside a jail where she had earlier visited a male friend. Andrea Musser, whose flashing was apparently for the benefit of her incarcerated pal, pleaded guilty to public indecency and was fined $223 and sentenced to a 10-day suspended jail sentence. A jail surveillance video captured Musser mid-flash.

VIDEO: Whistle while you work, 'text' while you sleep?!?

Kandi Gay, a paramedic in the Quad Cities, is one of roughly 70 million Americans dealing with a sleep disorder of some kind, and if you send her a text message about it while she's sleeping, she'll be able to reply to you. She just won't remember it when she wakes up.
Nine times out of 10, I have no idea I'd texted in the middle of the night or I responded to a text," Gay said."We've known she's done it for a couple years," said her father Wayne Gay. "She'll go to sleep and then I'll come in and see her texting, [her phone] up in the air with her eyes closed - she'll be texting and lay it down, and she won't know what she's doing."
When it first started occurring several years ago, Kandi's friends or co-workers would try to remind her of conversations they'd had through text messages or even a phone conversation.

"I'd be like, 'No, I slept all day or all night,' and they're always like, 'No, I saw you texting.'" Gay said. "I'd go back and look at my text messages and have full on conversations."The texts have never been awkward or of a regrettable nature - simply messages to keep the conversation going, a conversation Gay says those close to her know may be happening while she's asleep.
"Exactly! They're not so surprised or dumbfounded when I call back now and say, 'What did we talk about?'"So just how common is the 'sleep texting' phenomenon? No one really knows.

Careful-Facebook 'defriending' led to double murder

A Tennessee couple who “defriended” a woman on Facebook were murdered in their home by the jilted woman’s father and another man, police said on Thursday.
“It’s the worst thing I’ve ever seen,” said Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece, who has worked in local law enforcement for 27 years. “We’ve had murders, but nothing like this. This is just senseless.” He said Billy Clay Payne, Jr. and Billie Jean Hayworth were killed last month after they deleted Jenelle Potter, the daughter of one of the suspects, from their “friends” list. Both were shot in the head and the man had his throat cut.
The couple’s 8-month-old baby was in the mother’s arms, unharmed, when the bodies were found. Marvin Enoch “Buddy” Potter Jr., 60, and Jamie Lynn Curd, 38, were each charged on Wednesday in Mountain City in northeastern Tennessee with two counts of first-degree murder. The men were arrested on Tuesday. The case was not the first involving violence linked to Facebook. Last year in Iowa, a woman was arrested on accusations of setting fire to a friend’s garage after she was defriended on the social network site, local media reported.
In Texas, a man was accused of hitting his wife after she failed to “like” a Facebook post he wrote about the anniversary of his mother’s death, according to media reports. Curd’s attorney, R.O. Smith, an assistant public defender, said of the Tennessee case that it was “safe to say there’s more to it than the Facebook problem, it appears.”

How-Thief turns in stolen phone full of child porn

He may be a thief, but he's no perv. An Australian man who stole a wallet and two cellphones turned himself in to police when he discovered child porn photos on one of the phones. The unidentified man from Ballarat, about 100 km northwest of Melbourne, lifted the items from a supermarket parking lot in October, reports the Ballarat Courier. He was already facing a charge of theft of a vehicle. Despite the risk of being charged with theft, the man gave himself up to help police catch a sexual offender. Police subsequently arrested a 46-year-old man on child porn charges. The thief pleaded guilty to seven charges, including an earlier car theft charge, said the paper. Judge Michelle Hodgson said the thief was to be commended for his conduct, but that didn't stop her from sentencing him to one month in jail and a $400 fine.

Why-Dad punishes Facebook post with 8 bullets to daughter's laptop (video)

A video purporting to be the work of an angry father teaching his daughter a lesson by shooting bullets through her laptop is the viral video of day. The father, who identifies himself as Tommy Jordan, says his daughter broke ground rules when using Facebook, and posted disrespectful remarks about him there. He retaliates by laying out a case against her in an 8-minute video, concluding it with firing 8 bullets through her computer.  The video was posted on YouTube and supposedly on the 15-year-old girl’s Facebook page last night. By mid-morning, it had more than 1 million views, and it sparked debate across the Web – some cheered on the father’s "tough love," while others accused him of abuse.

Nice-Burglar breaks in, folds clothes, cooks dinner

When a South Bend, Ind. mother returned home Monday night with her son, she discovered Keith Davis, 46, had neatly folded her clothes, swept the floor and cooked dinner. The problem? Davis was a burglar. "I seen my living room light on and the bedroom light on, so once we came up the stairs I figured my brother was home," Ashley Murray told WNDU. "I turned the knob and it was locked, so I seen my screen open and I pushed my window open and it was some random guy in my kitchen."Murray told the station she walked away from the window with her son and called the police before yelling at Davis to leave her home.
