Wow- Female Nurse has Been Jailed for Raping a woman

A YOUNG female Irish nurse has been jailed for 2½ years for raping a woman in the toilets of an inner-Brisbane city hotel more than two-years ago.
Brisbane District Court judge David Reid said a "cavalier attitude'' and regular excessive consumption of alcohol had been the reason why Anne-Marie O'Loughlin had acted entirely out of character when she raped her 32-year-old mother-of-two victim.
O'Loughlin, 25, who was in Australia on a working holiday, was found guilty by a Brisbane late last year on two counts of digital rape and one of deprivation of liberty at the Caxton Hotel, near the CBD, on November 29 last year.O'Loughlin, who pleaded not guilty to four charges, was found not guilty of a charge of sexual assault.
Judge Reid was told O'Loughlin, who wept during the sentencing hearing, was likely to be deported to Ireland upon her release from jail. Judge Reid, who described O'Loughlin's attack as one of "persistent sexual aggression'', recommended the nurse be eligible for parole on the day of her 27th birthday - March 3 next year.At her trial, the jury was told O'Loughlin first kissed her alleged victim, who kissed back in a bid to get past her and out of the toilet cubicle.O'Loughlin then put her hand down the woman's jeans, which were open as a result of going to the toilet, and raped her by inserting a finger into her genitals and anus. The victim tried to say something to a person in a neighbouring cubicle who was then heard to say "I'm getting security'' and that O'Loughlin then left.
The victim was able to indentify Ms O'Loughlin because she left her purse, containing identification, in the toilet after the attack. The victim then left the toilet and informed her partner she had been attacked. In a police interview played during her five-day trial, O'Loughlin said she had no memory of kissing the woman but admitted it was possible.
She claimed it was not in her nature to force someone to have sex with her.
The victim's husband testified he was extremely upset after his wife emerged from the toilets and told him what had happened.

Strange-Have a Taste of space Bear
A small Australian brewery has just whipped up the world's first batch of beer for the next frontier, and it all happened because a space engineer loves his local watering hole.
Jason Held, director of Saber Astronautics Australia, has long been a regular at a pub owned by 4 Pines Brewery in Manly, Australia. “He was a regular customer. We all knew him, but we had no idea what he actually did,” said Jaron Mitchell, co-owner of the 4 Pines Brewing Company.

Teenage boy forfeited match with girl

 Wrestling
A PROMISING teen wrestler has refused to compete against a girl because, he says, it would conflict with his religious beliefs.
Joel Northrup, from Marion, Iowa, gave up any chance he had of winning the Iowa state tournament when he forfeited his first round match against Cassy Herkelman.
"I have a tremendous amount of respect for Cassy. However, wrestling is a combat sport and it can get violent at times," Joel said."As a matter of conscience and my faith I do not believe that it is appropriate for a boy to engage a girl in this manner. It is unfortunate that I have been placed in a situation not seen in most other high school sports in Iowa."
Cassy, who was one of two girls ever to qualify for the first-round state match, won the match by default. However, when her arm was raised in victory by the referee, cheers and boos could be heard in the audience
