A Florida woman has been arrested after police say she tried to sell her five-year-old son to a fellow churchgoer. Police in Tampa said James Gardner went to the sheriff's office Saturday morning to report a woman was attempting to sell him her child. He said he and his wife had met the woman at church and knew she was struggling to make ends meet. They befriended her and her son and began helping pay for food and other expenses. Over time, Gardner told police he noticed the woman had a prescription drug addiction, and she was leaving the child in their care more frequently. Last week, Gardner said the woman offered to sell her parental rights to him for $2,000. Police said Gardner was worried the woman wanted the money for her alleged drug habit. The woman was arrested later Saturday when she showed up to meet Gardner to allegedly exchange her son for the money.

Surprise-Kangaroo goes on lingerie theft rampage

Benji may look cute but he certainly showed a knack for pinching clothes when he hopped from yard to yard and took only the sexiest items off clotheslines. The two year-old marsupial, who lives in Prague, was only caught after a woman looked out of her window and saw the creature making off with a pair of her favourite undies. Police knew Benji was on the loose after his owner contacted them, but when they began to receive calls from residents reporting washing line thefts they didn't put two and two together. A police spokesman explained: 'We had a call from Benji's owner saying his pet kangaroo had escaped. At the same time we started getting reports of a number of thefts from washing lines, 'We didn't think they could possibly be related until he was caught red-handed.'

LOL-kid's instant fame in CNN show on Kim Kardashian's wedding (video)

Dressed in a baseball cap and grey t-shirt the Justin unassumingly appears in the bottom right hand corner and initially goes for a stock standard wave to people back home, adding a cheesy smile for good measure.
But things take a hilarious turn as he begins to pull faces and jumps around in the background, much to the amusement of passers-by. Naturally the reporter has no idea what's happening and continues her spill about Kardashian's wedding that took place in Santa Barbara, California, later in the day.
