A city man who was evaluated at Norwalk Hospital after stripping naked near the police station was arrested Tuesday, because a nurse taking his temperature found two crack rocks hidden in his rectum, police said.Jeffrey Moore, 32, of 23 Monroe St., was charged with possession of narcotics and illegal possession near a school.
