Wow-11-year-old turns in parents for marijuana use

HASTINGS, Minn. — An 11-year-old Minnesota boy who says he was fed up with his mom and stepfather filling their home with marijuana smoke took photos of the drugs, which were then sent to police. Drug agents served a search warrant on their home in Ravenna Township near Hastings last month and arrested Heidi Siebenaler, a Dakota County probation supervisor, and her husband, Mark Siebenaler. Both face charges in the case after eight pounds of marijuana were found in two Wal-Mart shopping bags in the master bedroom, according to KMSP-TV."These allegations raise moral concerns and legal concerns," said Washington County Attorney Pete Orput, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. "It's disappointing when someone in law enforcement gets caught breaking the law. In this case it is particularly disappointing." (MSNBC)

How-Skunk freed from lid necklace

VANCOUVER - Bubbles the skunk is free of his coffee cup lid necklace. The skunk was trapped Monday in the hopes of removing a tight coffee cup lid noosed around its neck. A group of volunteers plotted sightings of Bubbles on a map to determine its territory then regularly set up a motion-detecting infrared camera at various locations to establish where the animal liked to hang out. Locating one of its favourite haunts, local residents who identified themselves only as Shirley and Lynne, lured the skunk into a feral cat trap with a blend of tuna and sardines. The skunk never sprayed them, Shirley said.

Boyfriend Arrested For Uploading X-Rated girlfriend Video

NOVEMBER 16--Meet Christopher Scott, the ex-boyfriend from hell. The 20-year-old college student was arrested Monday on a variety of criminal charges related to his uploading to the Internet of a video showing him having sex with a former girlfriend. Scott told cops that he posted the video because he was “depressed” over his breakup with the 24-year-old victim, who did not give him permission to disseminate the explicit video. A remorseful Scott admitted that he was “trying to be hateful” and “realized the implications it could have,” according to a probable cause affidavit.
The woman, who dated Scott for six months, told investigators that she first learned that the video was available online when she received a call from her employer (who asked for her resignation). “Many people she knows found out about the video, and she has been getting harassed ever since,” the affidavit notes. The victim also “started receiving derogatory postings to her Facebook which has since been deleted.” When he uploaded the 26:51 clip to the porn site XTube, Scott included the woman’s occupation and hometown in the title. And he described the video as featuring a “Slutty ex-girlfriend." The clip, which was viewed nearly 36,000 times on XTube, was copied onto other porn sites, where it remains available. Stills from the video can also be found via a Google Image search.  Scott admitted to investigators that he recorded the X-rated video in mid-2009 in his dormitory room at Stevenson University in Maryland (the school’s web site lists him as a member of the 2010 men’s lacrosse team). The woman told cops that Scott “had continually tried to get her to do things sexually with some of his friends,” but she refused. Scott, she alleged, “then manipulated her into making a video while they were having sex,” according to the affidavit. Scott admitted recording the couple’s encounter on his laptop, which investigators seized last month during a search of his family’s Delaware County home. A review of Scott’s MacBook Pro turned up the “video of the victim and him that was posted on the Internet,” an investigator noted. Cops also found “several files with titles indicative of child pornography” and one image of child pornography that showed a naked, prepubescent girl tied facedown to a weight bench.Scott is facing four misdemeanor counts related to the creation and distribution of the sex video. He was also hit with two other misdemeanors since investigators recovered marijuana and a glass bong during last month’s raid at his
Newtown Square
home.

What-Parents upset over crotchless panties sold in kid's store (video)

At least one mom is furious after discovering cheetah-print crotchless panties at a children's clothing store in Colorado.
Erin French said she was shocked to see the thongs on the shelf next to princess-style dresses and backpacks at Kids N Teen in Greeley, 80 km northeast of Denver.
"I was mortified. My first initial response was, 'Am I really seeing that?'" French told 9news on Monday.
The upset mom took a cellphone video of the petite crotchless panties. That video is now the only evidence the underwear was ever even on the shelves since the item was quickly pulled after a complaint from mall management, the news station reports.
Store owner Kristina, who didn't give her last name, said her business caters to both kids and teens. (QMI)

What-Dead bird found in salad bought from Tesco supermarket

Paul Streeter said the decomposed remains of the creature were spotted as his girlfriend was about to eat the leaves during a family meal.
She was sick after making the discovery in the baby leaf and rocket salad, he added. ‘I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was horrific, said Mr Streeter of Weare, Somerset.
'Suddenly my girlfriend shrieked and couldn't believe what she'd found on her plate.
'She had ladled the salad onto her plate and thought she was cutting into one of the dark leaves and what she found was a dead bird.
'I didn't know what to think. I was concerned about the health of my family as they had eaten some of the salad.'
