Victory-Explicit movie producer recalling 'Ben & Jerry's' DVDs
NEW YORK - A movie studio has agreed to recall pornographic DVDs whose titles and packaging mimic those of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Caballero Video also agreed to stop marketing and to destroy materials used to make 10 titles in its “Ben & Cherry’s” X-rated film series while a lawsuit against it is pending. Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc, a unit of London-based Unilever Plc, had sued Caballero on Sept. 5 for trademark infringement. It
complained that DVD titles such as “Boston Cream Thighs,” “Chocolate Fudge Babes,” “Peanut Butter D-Cups” were too similar to its ice cream flavours Boston Cream Pie, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Peanut Butter Cup. Ben & Jerry’s also said Caballero’s packaging played off its own with images of puffy white clouds and grazing cows, just as the slogan, “Porno’s Finest,” punned on “Vermont’s Finest.” Terms of the recall and other restrictions were set forth in a consent injunction signed by Caballero’s president, Tomer Yoffe, and approved on Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan.
Wow-A man suspected in a spree of foot fetish assaults

CALGARY - Cops have collared a man suspected in a spree of foot fetish assaults. Police say they have charged a 21-year-old man following a six-month probe into unwanted and inappropriate foot touching. Det. Jim Hands said he investigated nine incidents involving eight victims and have laid charges on four cases. In each case, middle-aged women were approached in grocery store or shopping mall parking lots by a man. Police say he expressed an interest in the victims' pedicure, suggesting he wanted to buy one for a wife or girlfriend.
He had the victims place their feet within touching distance to have a closer look at the details of the pedicure work before touching them inappropriately. Hands said the accused is charged with assault in three of the cases and sexual assault in the fourth. "The allegation is that this male licked one of the victims' feet," Hands said, noting there was a sexual motive in the case. Middle-aged women between 45 and 65 years old were targeted
Why-Walmart refuses to sell shotgun to woman, says it's 'Too much gun'

Shooting as a pastime is getting more and more popular every day. Gun sales are up, more people than ever before are getting their concealed-carry permits and as a whole, guns are becoming mainstream. This is especially true with women, who are leading the curve as the fastest-growing segment of the market. But we still get reports of stories like this one, about Prayse Dangler, who was prohibited to buy a shotgun by her local Walmart staff—because a Mossberg 930 was too much gun for a woman. "It kicks your ass, doesn't it?" "Yeah!" Wanna do it again?" "Yeah!"

"Yesterday at Walmart I tried to buy a shotgun to keep at the house with me when Brad is gone. We live in the heart of downtown New Albany where there is a lot of foot traffic, and we believe that me having a reliable way to protect myself and our baby when Brad isn't here is just a responsible thing to do. "Here's the kicker though. The man behind the counter looked at me in disbelief when I pointed out the beefy Mossberg 930 Tactical weapon that Brad had researched out for me and planned on taking me out shooting to get comfortable with. The man then proceeded to interrogate me about what I wanted it for and how it would be used. He said that I didn't hold it right and that I needed 'something else better suited to you.' He put it back in the case and firmly refused to sell it—all because I am a petite young woman!
Fun-Woman pulls gun during sex in moving vehicle

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - A 26-year-old Port Charlotte woman was arrested for armed robbery on Tuesday morning after a September 2nd incident where she allegedly pulled a gun on a man she was having sex with while he was driving a vehicle. According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the incident began when the victim and his two friends invited two girls they met at the Paddy Wagon Irish Pub back to one of the friend's homes. The victim and one of the women went into a bedroom to have sex and the woman said she needed $250. The victim said he didn't have that and instead gave her $120. The victim then went to the bathroom and when he returned, both women had left. The victim called the woman's cell phone and they agreed to meet at the Pick N Run store on Peachland Boulevard. When the man arrived, he expected to meet the woman who took the $120 but was instead met by 26-year-old Amanda Jean Linscott who said the other girl ditched her.
Linscott got into the victim's vehicle and as they drove off, the victim says Linscott began touching him and having sex while he was driving. The victim also said Linscott said she needed money. When the victim said he already gave her friend $120, Linscott put a .357 Taurus revolver to his head and demanded money. The victim grabbed the gun and said he punched Linscott in the head to get her to release the weapon.  He lost control of the car, struck a palm tree, went airborne and ran across two front yard in the 1200 block of Dewhurst Street.
What-A man pleads guilty in Facebook bigamy case

TACOMA, Wash. (AP) - A Washington man whose wife discovered through Facebook that he had married a second woman has pleaded guilty to attempted bigamy. Alan O'Neill, 42, was charged in March after his first wife learned of his second wife through a Facebook "people you may know" notification and alerted authorities. The second woman's profile photo showed her with O'Neill, dressed in fancy clothes and standing near a wedding cake, The Tacoma News Tribune reported Friday (http://bit.ly/QfMKDy). O'Neill, who was accompanied to court by the second woman, told Superior Court Judge Beverly Grant he never meant to commit a crime.
"I've never done anything intentionally wrong in my life," he said Thursday. O'Neill was spared jail time but will be on probation for a year. The charge is a gross misdemeanor. He has annulled his second marriage and is divorcing his first wife. His first wife, though, seems to have forgiven him. She wrote a letter of support, saying that the media coverage has been enough punishment. "He just made a bad decision that hurt a few people's feelings and (brought) embarrassment to himself," she wrote.
